Beautiful. As persuasive a modern instrument account as I've heard. (I'm a confirmed period instrument afficionado generally....) CPE Bach is probably my favourite composer. I'd love to hear Sebastian playing the CPE concerti. IMO they are the greatest concertante flute music ever written, especially the A minor, D minor and G major ones. Any plans?
The second movement almost seems like a premonition of Chopin's Op. 55, No. 1. It's pretty unlikely that Chopin heard this particular piece, so it's a neat coincidence I suppose.
