The first time I was there, I went to tip Billy and he refused. And not only did her refuse, he comped me a bottle of water.

Chopped cheese was started by Dominicans and it does have adobo and sazon originally but the word bodega as a common term was a Puerto Rican corner store in the 60s 70s early early 80s before they started being bought out by Dominicans and now Akees or Middle Easterner. Most owners made their money and got out the hood , should also mention Cuban and Spanish/Spaniard owners before the Ricans but the term with a store on every corner was a Rican thing in most major east coast cities
