This doesn't show anything about which chords/techniques/palos/soniquette used in flamenco. In fact just the opposite. I'm tired of seeing videos saying that 'you should do this if you want to sound more flamenco' What they're demonstrating has nothing to do with true flamenco. And the jazz modern flamenco isn't flamenco either. I'm not a fan. Instead of trying to fake it why not actually learn the correct techniques palos and tonalities and know them well before teaching them instead of perpetuating false information. There's much more to 'sounding flamenco' than a few chords and a basic rumba strum.
Obviously there is more to study to sound like flamenco which is cannot be done in a 10 minutes video, but using harmonies is very common in Spanish guitar specifically rumba and it does make you sound more Spanish.
