Completely agree on the mental health aspect. I had to quit it for the same reasons and I'm better for it

Have you tried quitting social media? If so, what was your experience like?
At the end you invite people to join your discord and say there's a link in the description. I'm not seeing one.

@nstantineMusic - I only have a landline and can't receive text so I can't phone verify. Looks like a cool Discord though.
@@AdilConstantineMusic - I'm trying. I left and rejoined the server and it still says I must get a text message on my mobile phone (which I don't have) before I can click the check mark and accept the server rules.
