You can use another QCK unit and also try to get Zoro's captain action if needed later to apply increased damage taken and also have color advantage over the DEX color change after level 30. Another unique damage booster would help, or generally something that you believe would help
Not exactly a direct replacement because of the color affinity boosting, but either Legend Nami/Usopp or you can swap them out for a paralysis remover (you need 6 turns after 30, so either 6 from a special or 4-5 from the special and 1-2 from a support). Have in mind though after 30 when King might become DEX you might need another STR unit instead of Law or to farm 10 WANO slots for Zoro

If you don't lose HP in stage 1/2 you don't even need Bege, but a simple healer would probably not work (overheal would). With double King captain just replace Brook with an INT orb locker and Bege with a chain boundaries unit for the final stage like Super Class BlackBeard or a color affinity booster if you don't use a support for that. Just don't get hit and beat the goons immediately
Sure, but in case you don't have King, Zoro can't directly replace him. Except in the first team. You need more adjustments, depending on the new units you have.
Don't waste Franky's and Brook's Wano slots in stage 2, only attack the mini boss with your INT units with locked slots. Let the back line goons survive and they will retreat
