When I first heard this album I didn't like it at all. Then the second listen I suddenly loved it. And I am in love with this song🥰

I found y'all back in 2014 when "Foundations of Burden" came out. This is going to be cliche, but that album changed things for me and I've been a devoted listener to all your guys' stuff ever since. Can't explain what your music has done for me. And this new album is no different. Incredible, as always. Thank you.

Releasing this INCREDIBLE piece of art on the same year as the 10 anniversary as Foundation of Burdon is fitting. Foundation changed the way I view music and seeing you on that tour solidified it for me. Shows how much you have honed and progressed and both albums are masterpieces. I cannot stop listening and I dent want to. Bravo guys. See you in San Francisco soon....
What an album!!! The solo in this song made me weep like a baby when I heard it the first time yesterday, such a release of emotions!

Same here. It didn’t hit me until after a few listens but I honestly think I partially blocked out the solo in the first listen because it was so emotional it was almost jarring and I wasn’t ready for it.

That song made me feel a melancholy that i never felt before. Not a negative one, neither a happy one... A strange new feeling.
As a long time doom metal fan, that song maybe reached easily my favorite music of the Doom genre.
That dark, funereal and a SADLY/HAPPY vibe (like a goodbye for the world) touched my SO hard, like the lyrics reflects exactly what my mind works every single day. (As a diagnosed Depression & Anxiety disorder since 2012)

The first Minute is the best of the song. This is absolutly ultra. Then its too slow and the Great Melody from the beginning doesnt come back.

Sorry to be that guy but this album just isn't doing it for me. I've really enjoyed this band since their beginning and have always anticipated each following release including this one.
Honestly, it's just kind of flat to me and I'll probably get shit on for saying it but I suppose I expected more from the band. It's easily softer than the previous albums and the riffs lack the punch they once had. Perhaps with a few more spins it'll grow on me but for now it just feels a little weak compared to the other material. Even the album cover isn't very interesting unlike prior covers.
I felt the same, but I think it's their second best now xD
