I admit, you really stole the show at Magfest. It was great getting to meet ya, and it was great to see how it was made too. I might have to try to do a Falco one as well. ^v^

I've been working on a really similar low poly look for a different costume I'm making, and I was planning on doing almost exactly the same paper template + EVA foam method you started out with. I'm a little concerned now though that I stumbled upon this build, since you had to switch to a different material towards the end.
Do you think the EVA foam method could work, or is there something inherently flawed about that approach? I was wondering what problems you ran into so i can hopefully try to avoid them myself.

Love the cosplay. Definitely stands out over any other Fox especially since you incorporated the N64 poly style.
I'd love to make this with Wolf but I have no means of doing so lol. I wonder if you can just use Fox's design but paint it with Wolf's colors? What do you think?
You might be able to do that. I don't think Wolf had a full body model in the N64 game, so you could take what ever creative liberties you need to.
I would love to do a gijinka of Fox and/or Falco, but I never thought seeing an N64 Fox cosplay, TOO COOL!!

Thanks! I don't know if I'll be able to make many more of these. The set design studio offering to rout the pieces for was a stroke of pure luck. I don't know if they'll be able to help me that much in the future. I'd love to keep making them! It was fun!
