Subscribed. I run front and rear cameras 2023 F250 Diesel. I power cameras in the same fuse box. Up fitter switches. I’m getting ready to do some installing. When I locate all six wires I’m going to extend them one foot at least. This way I never have to get to bottom of that box again. Get a wire marker kit to identify wires. I also just tucked in my camera wires front and rear. Did not remove puller. Very good video.
The wires come out under the fuse box. These are the wires from the switches inside the truck. This is where you connect them to whatever you are hooking up.
So you tied your cameras into the fuse box under passenger side? And you tied your lights until the upfitter switch that has nothing to do with the fuse panel you tied your camera into right? I'm a bit confused what you needed the fuse panel for under passenger dash still. Why not tie your camera into an upfitter switch?
Camera needs a hot + all the time wire. That way it can start recording if it senses a hit by another car while parked. The upfitter switches are for the fire lights.
Perfect video on locating and identifying the upfitter switches. Thank you for being so detailed.
@@somerandomguy8564 your welcome. Thank you for watching and for your support.
My man! Spent a week on here looking for a video that explained this as well as you just did! Much appreciated brother👍🏻👍🏻
Glad I could help. Thank you for watching.

I like having front and rear cameras. I catch all kinds of stuff. Thank you for your comment.
Outstanding sir, thanks for taking the time. My 2024 Superduty is on the way and I’ll be doing the same thing soon.
Thank you.
Very good video 👍🏼
Thank you
I’m a little confused if you’re wiring, the lights to your Upfitter switches, why did you need to tap to the fuse box?

The fuse box was for the camera. It needs a hot wire to function while parked. Upfitter switches don’t work with the truck off.
