    Your rice noodles looks good. I wonder have you tried to cook pad thai? What should I do with the flat rice noodles before cooking? Can i just rinse with water?

      Hihi, Olivia, I am from Hong Kong. I wanted to buy TM6, but my advisor told me there is only TM5 available in Hong Kong, so I got no choice. I long for it, so I just purchased TM5 then. I just wonder if it’s possible to purchase TM6 in Hong Kong.

    Looks like thermomix really mix the noodle during cooking. How about fried rice / nasi goreng? does thermomix mix the fried rice equally and nicely like the fried noodle? If you can make video like this it would be great! I am considering to buy one if it can mix fried rice.
    *kacau ing the fried rice is really hard work, and make my hand sore afterward lol. especially to remove the ketul2 rice. Thanks!

    20g of dried shrimps is a lot. Did you get the measurement correct?

      @cookwitholivia  3 года назад

      20g is slightly more than 1 tablespoon. That’s not a lot

      Did u soak the noodles? When you cook rice noodles with Thermomix, you do not need to presoak the noodles
