The castle-palace of the Counts Schonborn is a beautiful palace in the Beregvar tract 🏰
The building is made in the Neo-Renaissance style, decorated with Gothic towers and tells of hunters who once exhibited their trophies in these walls. Today the building of the sanatorium "Karpaty" is located in the castle.
The uniqueness of the building in its mystical worship of astronomy. The number of windows, chimneys and entrances here is exactly the same as the number of days a year, weeks and months: 365, 52 and 12. From the outside, the palace has retained its charm to this day. What's more, it is surrounded by a beautiful English-style arboretum.
See a tulip tree. See Chinese wisteria. Admire the delicate color of sakura. All this is possible near the majestic castle-palace of the Counts Schonborn in Transcarpathia.
