    Hit up Rock Garden today for the first time, can't believe how easy you guys make this look - it was gnarly as hell! foggy & dewy morning, slipping all over the wet rocks.

    Man I wish other videos were set up like this. Some ambient music along with the sound of the trail. Please keep uploading the great videos!

    • @boettin916
      @boettin916 7 лет назад

      I think it depends on the video. Where there is a bunch of clips like this one I don't mind the music. But if Its a bike review or an uncut run of the trail Id rather it be raw. A cause i wanna hear how the bike sounds and B I like raw runs XD

      We understand the deal. That line was cool, it looked like it hadn't been ridden too much lately. We cleared off some sticks and fixed the lips a bit. More videos next week!

  • @LoamReaper
    @LoamReaper 7 лет назад

    Sweet! That's where I learned how to ride, on a rigid bike in the early 90's (I only broke one finger). FYI: That hill's real name is Cerro San Luis Obispo, but most of the locals call it San Luis Mountain. Madonna owned most of it and was a bit of a kook. He tried for years to build a Swiss-style chalet on top!

    • @TrailPeek
      @TrailPeek  7 лет назад

      Nice. I Hadn't heard about that before. That trail is way cooler than a lame chalet.

  • @senditsam486

    You should come to SLO and go on a Slo high club ride!

  • @P4P5
    @P4P5 7 лет назад

    Quite a rough trail. Looks fun as well. And video looks crisp :)
    One question though. Im looking at Canyon Spectral and Strive. Spectral has 150/140 travel while Strive has 160/160 with shapeshifter which reduces rear travel to 133.
    I guess Spectral should be more then enough for stuff like this with occasional bikepark visits?

    • @TrailPeek
      @TrailPeek  7 лет назад

      Both are rad bikes, Im sure the Spectral can handle whatever you throw at it!

    • @P4P5
      @P4P5 7 лет назад

      Trail Peek Well atm None. Been a while since I last owned a MTB. Only got road bike for now. Ordering MTB in January. But here in Slovenia there are only a few good ones. Petzen, Kranjska Gora, Krvavec and Pohorje. Plenty of mountains to ride single trails though. There is always Austria bike parks close to me as well.

    • @TrailPeek
      @TrailPeek  7 лет назад

      Hmm, if you're in close proximity to big and gnarly terrain then it might be a good idea to get the Strive.

    • @TrailPeek

      colt hawkins I'll be riding the Remedy for the remainder of winter then switching to the Hightower before the race season starts up.

    You should test a Santa Cruz nomad

    • @TrailPeek
      @TrailPeek  7 лет назад +1

      Dane and I both owned a Nomad 3 for a year. Its a good bike, but out here there's not a lot of terrain that justifies the Nomad. We think the Bronson is better in almost every way.
