Thank you so much for the series of videos on your platform. These definitely helped me gain more clarity and organize myself well for the examination. I gave my ACC exam and cleared it a couple of days ago. The formats that you shared were easy to understand and apply. I am definitely referring your platform to more ACC aspirants that i come across. Thanks a ton for making it available for everyone!
Thank you so much for this. I watched this, along with a series of other videos on your platform, and some offered by others. They were super helpful in supplementing my studying and prepared me well for the test. I took the test today and am happy to report that I passed. Yay!

Apparently I didn't read this very well. I haven't had enough coffee yet... sigh. :) OK, what to do when sponsors ask about insurance. I would still go and look at the insurance partner through ICF. And see what options you have for levels of coverage. Most organizations will require you to have insurance coverage like professional liability and business insurance; it's like malpractice insurance if you were a therapist.
Thank you Lyssa! I have a question: in case a question revolves around a client wanting to terminate the coaching relationship, is it better to terminate without having a conversation prior to it or is it better to first have a talk around the reasons of termination before closing the coaching relationship?
This is a great question. On the Exam, I am going to guess, given I don't know all the choices in the answer set, that there needs to be some transparent conversation, where the coach takes in the client's experience and honors their decision. My thoughts are in real life that it’s important to have a closing conversation. For me, I want to learn from the experience. I’ve had a few of these conversations over the past 30 years. Sometimes it is about the client and myself not being a great fit; sometimes it could be a learning opportunity for me to develop awareness about how I’ve been perceived and calibrate, or, something completely different is going on in the client's life that just makes the timing off. Also, and this is just my personal opinion, if we can practice having difficult conversations that we can learn from, it helps us on the next engagement name things up front and align with those who are our best clients. Thank you again for asking this question.
Hi! Thank you for that video. Unfortunately I am enable to access the mini exam to take it. I am at the right page on your website I think but I do not see any pdf to download or the start of a test. I would really like to take to practice. Any help you can give would be great :-) Many thanks in advance
Thanks for letting me know, I created a button; you can now go to the PREP page and start the six free modules, which include the mini-exam :) Have fun!

Thank you. I am curious if you have any recommendation/ guidance about potential sponsors asking for insurance requirements for my coaching services?
ICF has some recommendations/partners on its website. coachingfederation.org/professional-coaches/partners I guess I would recommend starting there :)
