Since he didn’t really show the screen after “the discount” you really only notice it if you screen record & play it back in slow-motion bc it’s not very clear at all once he got the “discount” although it was very clear & readable after scanning the items. So I guess he actually did pay half of the original price, after two of the items were cancelled & removed- not bc of any discounts. 😒

Well, from what I have seen at my local Walmart, items on the clearance isle isn’t marked down very much from the original price. Most of the items that I have seen, over the last few years of looking at my Walmart, might be 10% off and maybe 20% if you’re lucky. Every now and again I’ll see something that is 50% off or maybe a tad bit more but it’s usually shit nobody needs and/or wants.

As someone who worked in retail, we have to manually punch in our code we use to clock in to get an employee discount. All scanning the badge does is let the machine know an employee checked the machine and nothing was wrong. And employees aren't allowed to use their discount on anyone except themselves and sometimes people who live in the same household. My manager let me get away with close friends so long as someone asked and i replied with "yeah they're family". That badge does nothing.

Not sure if this would work, but walk into your closest Walmart and enter 20-30 mins before closing(as said in the video)Now you need to have one of two things. Either a friend working the night shift at Walmart or you yourself working at Walmart(3rd option find someone who lost a badge/least likely option) now when it asks for the badge js call your homie over there or use yours and save 50% on your groceries for the week as a broke college student.
the main reason to do this is so if the same workers are there when you buy something, you arent told no or just have the store genuinely angry at you

As someone who worked in retail, we have to manually punch in our code we use to clock in to get an employee discount. All scanning the badge does is let the machine know an employee checked the machine and nothing was wrong. And employees aren't allowed to use their discount on anyone except themselves and sometimes people who live in the same household. My manager let me get away with close friends so long as someone asked and i replied with "yeah they're family". That badge does nothing.
At my walmart when i worked for them they gave us %10 on like half the store most of the year. And the discount was on a swipe card, not scanning your badge
