i cant get verification code , they dont send it to me , tried to register also on chrome browser with 2 diffrent phone numbers , code never comes

Hi, I suddenly was logged out with no reason. When I try to log in, it requires me to fill my password. However, I don't set password when I create I just typed my phone number to create. Now I can't log in, pls help me....?
