The main problems with ChatGPT is that there is a chance that it will mix information with other information and that it might rewrite information in a creative project by feeding itself synonyms with slightly different definitions from what you gave it.
Just want to say Thank you for these free tips and tricks! You and Zach from Chaos Galaxy really helped and inspired me to finish my own TCG! Keep up the good work brother!
Nice to hear that. Thanks. Let me know if there are any particular topics that you want a video on. It would be a big help when I get down to doing my research.
A tip I have that I have heard from so many people before me is keep it simple stupid say you are make a new card for your game and you are struggling to make the art pop tack what you like and what is necessary to the design and start from there and you can always redraw it
Definitely! Sometimes, I've drawn something, and I hate it. But I'll take one feature I like, copy and paste that one feature, and then start fresh from there.
4:08. hmm that’s kind of similar thought process that I had when I started my new series on my channel called Discmon Journal Storys + Lore or Discmon Storys for short, it’s a series that I started on a scientist, basically talking about the world and explaining the different creatures that inhabit it. And 4:28 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHYYYYY 7:55 that’s what I said lol it’s just a shame that I’m having to write my rules. I kind of don’t like making games anymore jk😅
Whatever works for you is the way to go. We don't all want to be doing the exact same thing anyway. My opinion should only be for people starting out or looking and wanting to make a change.
Use chatGPT to talk to back and forth. i.e "my world is called _______. It is populated by dragons in this region. I need 6 elements that different species of dragons can harness. Can you suggest some elements?" That GPT will generate elements. You tell it to generate a bigger list of obscure element ideas, then pick your favourite ones and tell GPT those 6 are the elements of this dragon world. Now GPT is aware of a world and an element system. Keep doing this and months later you can ask GPT what your element system is, and GPT will bring it up right away.
Chat GPT or any AI program is that of a tool people should not directly copy from it but rather use what is presented and modify it think of it like being presented a diamond in the rough and then shaping it and refining it to become something better that is how you use AI tools.

Thank you for this video. This is a nice batch of tools.
No problem, I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Not exactly a preferred drawing tool but graphite sticks are my favorite if you look at any of my art
Oooh, I bet you've made some beautiful pieces with that.

Nice, you have to ask these questions about the characters and worlds we create.
@@ShardTCG yup
Traditional art, alcohol markers, pens, and pencils
Traditional art is beautiful. I should have mentioned the marker pens. Thanks for bringing it up.
@ShardTCG Your Welcome! Quick question: Do you recommend copyrighting your tcg before publishing it/ making it public?
2:26 um 🥺does that mean my game is ruined because I use Sketchbook on my laptop for all of my art when it comes to digital

@@ShardTCG Oh ok 🙂
What do you mean by feed chatGPT the story and world building? Just put it into one long chat and interrogate it later?

@@ShardTCG ah, gotcha. I did something like that to figure out what dice systems I should try to use for a skirmish game.
Thanks for clarifying.
Hey I spectated that match! lol
What a legend!
0:42 IIIIII even worse 😱
I look like I've been left out in the rain 🌧
It sort of looks like you are upside down
🤣
you figured out he is a vampire
😂😂😂
My brother is using chat gpt for his own original comic book
Thinking about using ChatGPT to simulate conversation with a rogue ai menace, though I'll have to repeatedly beat the sanitization out of it, lol
