Failure due to thyristor/igbt or in firing sequence electronics of Drive,
synchronization failure occurs due to encoder problem or friction/innertia change.ig you change any roll,gearbox,motor,then tuning is must.

You are saying torque parameter will synchronize the drives, why cannot we synchronize with our speed set point ?
