    Surprisingly funny how people here at judging the price by looking at the interiors. A property's price is 90% location and 10% the condition of interiors and quality of doors, windows etc. (These things can be altered as per your choice and taste)

    Sbse kharabbat hai kitchen ke sath washroom ki wall ka hona. Vastuke hisab se yeh bahot hi ghalat hota hai. Mein musalman hoon lekin vastu mein firm believe hai.

      Unfortunately you aren't updated with the rates. It was more than 70 Lakhs When DDA allotted it in 2019-20 to the original allottee. In 2024, You know better how much property rates have increased. Also, This is Vasant kunj - 1.5 km from NH8 Delhi - Gurgaon expressway and literally 5 km from T3 Airport.

      @@yuvraj1971 Corporates travel more than business folks via flights. Anyway the actual point is, it’s not about much about how much one uses a facility. It’s about being aware that of a simple basic understanding that an area 5 km from the airport, 9 km from cyber city and in the heart of south delhi will obviously cost a lot more than other areas away from major hubs of the city. Not sure how tough it is to understand
