That ad at the end seemed intentionally ironic, or perhaps I should say sarcastic.
Nah, I ignore that persona in my head daily, but I have a good reason - her tie has pictures of dead kittens on it, and like my daddy said, "Son, if a dinosaur wearing a tie with pictures of dead kittens on it ever gives you any advice, ignore it completely. It doesn't even matter if she's sucking a Werther's."
I mean, he _did_ just get out of dental surgery when he said that, so I always assumed it was the anesthesia talking, but after seeing this, I'm not so sure anymore.

I keep coming back to this. Dino Deborah is one of my top 3 my favorite characters - she is so perfectly conceived and performed, in so many genius tiny details. Unwrapping the Werther's! And we all feel for her so much. We've all known someone like this.

@@mikes5637 Thanks for bringing that up. I was still thinking they were a group distinct from dinosaurs (cause that was the scientific consensus for a while), but your comment made me look it up and both birds and crocodiles are classified as Archosauria based on genetic similarities.

This has got the Corporate bla-bla-bla down to a pat, beginning by saying what a great job you’ve done up to now, followed by a complete lack of genuine human emotion when the recipient realizes what’s happening. The ‘my hands are tied’ coupled with the inappropriate, fake smile are real gems here.
Deborah took that really well, all things considered. 😊 Also *chef's kiss* to that setting the tissue box down, which adds that perfect two-person realism. Thank you so much for all you do, Julie!

I just realized the irony of someone wearing a dinosaur costume talking about mental health.
If you are implying that wearing a dinosaur costume is a sign of poor mental health, I'd like to inform you that that is not how that works. Chosing not to comply with certain societal expectations is not a mental illness and the origins of the idea that it is, are far more sinister than you probably assume.

This is unbelievably brilliant! How this video manages to make me hate the 'evil' character and feel very sad for the dinosaurs (and their pensions!) in the most unrealistic depictions of dinosaurs I have seen (where both the 'evil' character and dinosaurs are played by the same person!) is just incredible.
66 million years is a heck of a turnover time, meanwhile the dinosaurs which grew feathers and beaks still seem to be employed around the place.
