I felt like UCLA completely lost their confidence when LB was catching up. Defense was crumbling, offense felt lackluster, and it was inconsistent. UCLA feels like a glass cannon where LB is a engine warming up its gears until full throttle. Either way, great match :)

Does anybody know why UCLA got the two points at 31:30 and 30:40 ?

At 30:40, a lift was called on LB. At 31:30, the point after that, the LB middle touched the net.

Nikolov dominating this match in the closing two sets, and then going on and getting dominated in the World Championships against other national teams. Tells you something about the level of the national teams!

Nikolov won the World U19 silver in 2021 and the World U21 bronze in 2023, where he became the best scorer! It looks like he and Bulgaria were dominating the other teams..
