It one of those unnecessary things in longboarding hey but nice grip over the bolts you wont have any trouble tightening the bolts or taking them off

Hugo Carreon thats more in the range of trucks / bushings / wheelbase setup rather than concave, though I guess at some point understanding where you are in your stance is pretty critical. For that (board awareness) the inplants are great but it's going to be more of a passive upgrade that adds to your setup rather than a magic bullet to get you riding like Louis. I'd check out Lous Pro deck at S9 and go from there.
