They are all so simple lovable and easy guys... Watching them play a match you would think all that serious faces and cold stares are what they are. But they come across as very lovable simple souls
My relationship with food is so bad.. I remember when i used to workout and practice playing tennis with a friend just looking forward to the post workout meal after. I can see why these players eat so much, especially when they're 10000x better then me and its their life and they do it all day
I know this was done as a light-hearted piece. These players are so young their bodies are resilient and bounce back even after stressful matches and living out of a suitcase. This is where Djokovic has the edge, despite his age. Good food is fuel, not to mention good sleep and no blue light late into the night. Looking at esrlier pics of the Djoker, he was just like these guys. Now he is all muscle and flexibility. Muscle is the cornerstone of longevity together with mental strength training. There are many things one can say about Djokovic but he really has honed his nutrition regime and mental strength down to a fine art.
Thank you for sharing diet tips !!! This is awesome !!! Tennis is one of the most engineered sports. And this applies to diet as well. I am so happy to find out that my diet comes so close to a well designed tennis diet while there is still a lot of room for improvement. I break the fast every day with 2 glasses of water, 2 glasses of lemon water & honey, oatmeal and fruit. Instead of Greek Yogurt I have low fat Kefir. I also love coffee - so cool to see Alex De Minaur drinking so much coffee. I didn't know if coffee is good for tennis players as many tennis players say they don't drink coffee. For lunch I have a dinner&lunch combined as I don't actually eat dinner at night. I've been on Intermittent Fasting for the past 6 years and never felt better.
How can one talk about breakfast without including Medvedev??? 😂
😂😂😂 I got it
Hubert Hurkacz is just that hilarious guy you'd love to have in your friend circle. Cereal in a pot, UberEATS as an athlete?😂😂
Hubi's iconic "I eat" 😂😂

Breakfast in a saucepan 😂

Dang, Hurbie eats a pot of cereal
Glorified peasant food.
Where's de Minaur's one? I can't find it
in-n-out is the bomb...sad I don't get to eat it as often since moving to the east coast
Do one with Nole and he'll just say grass
Flavored with more grass
Goat loves grass
Man how did I know Shapo was gonna say he goes to McDonald's
Great. Now im in bed hungry
You don't get the sense that these guys are tracking macros which is strange for pro athletes
Good lovable guys.
something light like pasta......??????
Do Kyrgios :)
Beer, followed by a pint...of beer.
He has said he eats plant-based.
They all look way older than they are except for Shelton. Like it’s hard to believe Shapo & Alex are only 24 they look like 28
I find most tennis players look older. I think it is all that time in the sun, it really ages the skin and overall look.
dawg wakanda person makes cereal in a pot????
Denis shapovalov have best, and also healthier one.
Novak = grass
Ask Alex what Katie likes for breakfast 😊
That’s the worst looking bacon I’ve ever seen!
They're so fine:DXOXO
