I think it's going pretty good. 😍 I'm very very glad you are supervising them. It would be terrible if not.
This is just the pride getting things settled, hierarchy-wise (and you have to remember that YOU are part of that pride and dominant...that is why Haru comes to you if he (?) feels threatened). A hiss is not aggression, it is a warning. A swat with no claws is not aggression. If any older cat truly hated a newcomer, you would know it!
so who is the highest in this hierarchy

I'm glad that Soni is getting along with Haru! It would be awful for the little guy if both the older cats were mean to him. At least he knows he can always run to you for safety!
