- Today I am sharing how to make homemade butter. It's so easy to make and works out to be so much cheaper than buying it in a supermarket!
INGREDIENTS:
900ml double cream - this will make 2 large or 3 smaller rolls of butter
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Roasted garlic
Salt

You need to wash the rest of the buttermilk out of the butter it last better
Ours never lasts that long in our household as everyone eats it so quickly as we love it so much! xxx

Wow that butter looks so delicious. You cabt beat toast & proper butter. I havebt got a stand mixer but I do have a electric hand whisk so I'm going to try this, should still work hopefully!!
