I saw myself multiply into five different characters. I experienced all five of them both as myself but as my guides at the same time. It made me realize that everything is a reflection of who we are therefore the only way to connect with those around us is by having a genuine connection with ourselves first. When we know ourselves, we trust ourselves and eventually we inevitably trust others as well (and we can better identify who to trust). Thank you very much for sharing this meditation!

I have been meditating through the help of guided videos for awhile now and I must admit it is a bit difficult for me to open completely open and hear/feel but today was wonderful. Not only is this the longest meditation I have been able to be still for but I truly feel connected and am so incredibly calm, peaceful and grateful to you for your guidance and wisdom. Namaste

Wow deep meditation I saw a lot of things
I felt something, cool calming something in my body, got anxious, later my mind started to put random images in my head to distract me. But I feel I was so close

Didn´t like it, too much talk and too little visualization. One should always have in mind with visualization the angel/entety before opening the heart chacra, or others can creep in.
Yes interesting because I found that meditation a little scary and usually I meet with light beings on my journeys and today it was a hooded figure
