@@suuremvaldis That is going to be a challenge, but I believe the BMW tds engine is also a masterpiece, still rust could be an issue. Good luck on the hunt for a new car
I can still record a BMW 6-series buyers review if you want. BMW is well documented but these cars get unreliable when they get older. In my opinion the best cars are still Mercedes from the 1970' until the mid 90's. A time where the engineer made the decisions instead of the accountant. W124 is one of the best cars in the world, still drives around.
@@EEPRODUCTIONSKLB I agree 100%. It’s unfortunate that these big brands are making cars this way. I personally like the look of the 650 convertibles and sedans. It’s so unfortunate that the 4.4 liter V8 ended up being such a failure. Prices for the 650i convertibles in my areas are so low it’s incredible. But everyone knows the engines will have an expensive breakdown sooner than later. If you could do a buyers review I would appreciate that!
Quite interesting indeed...!
I'm also having it till date and still unregistered, Belgium standard with COJA frame body all the way.
The paint change to water based may have been for environmental reasons at that time in the mid 1990s
facelift w203 c220cdi or e46 3.0d? e34 tds or w124 2.5d? my budget is around 4k euro in eastern europe. what should i choose im wondering
Reliability wise a W124. Wish I could still drive an old school diesel
@@EEPRODUCTIONSKLB wish i could find one in good condition, theyre all rusted out total beaters here

Very interesting. The inline 6 cylinder is a classic engine. Have you ever done the bmw 650i? Unfortunately I heard the engines were terrible.
