Hello, Mr Rajesh! Welcome to our channel and we really apologize for our late response. Nice to hear fro you. Thanks a lot for getting connected with us! Take Care.
Hyderabadi khaane. abba abbba abba kyah khane. Zarbardast khane, mazedaar khane, lazeez kai tho lazeez khane, Yan ke logan khaali khane ku jeete. Wow really, My dear Hyderabad is synonym with food and hospitality. The Telanagana government can sell Hyderabad as the Food Capital of India.(FCI) can be the logo. it can attract the epicurious and food lovers from far and wide, The road to Charminar from Madina should be converted only into eateries. A novel Idea perhaps
But this chicken korma recipe is not real as how hyderabadi's are making these days... ingredients are process are different in almost every home... however, I appreciate bringing deccani cuisine into general public awareness.
Hello! Hope you'd a super duper Eid. I always like watching your videos. Can I please request you to provide measurements in grams and not cups? This is because I think that we all use different sized cups. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated. Take care, and best wishes.
Assalam alaikum, in my older videos 120 ml tea cup was used. Whereas in my latest videos, I have used a 200 ml cup and I have also mentioned the size of the cup in the description box below the video for most of my recipes.
Thanks for ur easy and very useful recipes. A quick question fkr you , do i need to add water in the mixture of nuts, onions and coconuts ? This might sound funny but am a newbie in cooking. thanks alot though.
+Faizan Ahmed Yes, you can add some water to facilitate the grinding and in making a fine paste. Add water gradually according to the need otherwise it will get watery. You may need half cup or one cup of water. Thanks in return for following our videos Mr Faizan.
+gordon cowan Sorry for responding late. Spices or Garam masala powder that we used here, is the grinded powder of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and caraway seeds. Cinnamon 10 grams(2 tablespoons), Cardamom 15 grams(2 tablespoons), Caraway seeds or Shahzeera 10 grams (2 tablespoons) and Cloves 8 in quantity. Use the required quantity and store the remaining powder for next use.
+Hyderabad Wala Recipes - thanks will be making this soon - I have a lovely garam masala that I bought in Sri Lanka so I may cheat and use that - best wishes from Australia.
Assalam alaikum, yes, you can double all the other ingredients, except for salt and red chilli powder. Take 3 tsp salt and 6 tsp red chilli powder or as per the taste.

hi your recipes are very nice, but i am surprised at the use of coriander leaves and mint leaves as falvouring, these leaves become black when put on slow heat, and also a bit bitter,

What Hyderabad wall said is true, my Muslim in laws always use mint and coriander leaves together whenever they make masala or at the end. If we are taking 2kg..so I should double the ingredients
Assalam alaikum, yes, you can double all the other ingredients, except for salt and red chilli powder. Take 3 tsp salt and 6 tsp red chilli powder or as per the taste.
Sorry missed this, take only 4 onions instead of doubling to prevent sweet taste.

May be cuz of raw smell of peanuts n all
