ive met him in whittier california. i didnt even know he was fa ous at the time, he is a great guy and a strong man of christ. my grandma loves him too (: thanks for posting this!
He played at my church last night.... he truly is a person that i look up to. So inspirational. God bless people like him who spread the word of Jesus with such wonderful music (:
Wow I was at that concert and i heard this song and it really caught my attention.. i didnt remember the name but a few days i found this.. i immediately learned this on the guitar and i cant stop singing it.. I will sing of how great our God is!!!
no, i go to crossroads Generate. its a service for high school-college age people on wednesday nights :) he led worship there the night before his new cd came out. :)
wow, is this a phil wickham original? my college group sings this song in worship all the time, and i was so sure somebody else did it. but i'm probably wrong, haha. And i never knew the name of the song, this is all good to know
Yeah, vocals are better on the album are better but there's something about seeing Phil totally rock out that makes me love this live performance. I've never seen him with an entire band before.. I love this side of him.
It sounds so rushed here at 85 bpm. I like the steady groove of the recorded version at 79 bpm. Also the drummer needs to get rid of that splash.. sounds silly (:11), and they should have had him break at 2:30
I would say live (actually on person) is about 10 times better than the album version! A CD doesn't really capture Phil and his enthusiasm for worship!
A good song with a good message, but I personally wish the video images didn't glorify the musicians with all focus on them. Can't tell the difference between this and a secular video. Makes it harder to think THEY believe what they are singing when the close ups make their motive seem so inauthentic.
+Robert Lamb (also, when I hear great musicians, I like to see them using their god given talents.....and the reaction from those who are hearing it.....not some powerpoint slide show about Jesus)
I'm just going to throw this out there... who ever the sound guys are, they did a pretty terrible job on the mix. I hear backup vocalists over Phil, synth/keys over him as well. Terrible mix. Oh well.. I haven't played Angels stadium. lol
This sounds brings me chills. Just to think about a living God that's not dead but alive.

ahhhh... the best song ever
its amazing that today in 2021 his voice is similar but even stronger, and his stuff is finally getting the attention it deserves
Phil Wickham, canta muito.
I've never seen him with a full band. I like just him and his guitar. It's nice. That voice is AMAZING.
That is a huge stadium! Go Philly Go Philly!

Just saw him sing this tonight at a concert at CPC in Foster City.
Wow ... Tons of people ... He came to Watermark in the Middle of Jan. and there was only about 1,500 in a Sanctuary ... It was pretty amazing
Sweet! Thanks, dude

Man that background singer is killing this...
wow, is this a phil wickham original? my college group sings this song in worship all the time, and i was so sure somebody else did it. but i'm probably wrong, haha. And i never knew the name of the song, this is all good to know
I was there in 2007 Harvest Crusade in Angel Stadium .
Yep, totally agree there! He's amazing. In more ways than one. :D x
love this song!! it's just as good live as it is on the album version.
7 ppl need to be saved
wow, thats a big crowd. when he came to my school in the fall, there were only 60 ppl that came :(
This is just such an amazing song.. Laura Hackett does an amazing version of this song too!
Yeah, vocals are better on the album are better but there's something about seeing Phil totally rock out that makes me love this live performance. I've never seen him with an entire band before.. I love this side of him.
@MitchellLLockert no it's harvest crusade in cali they do it every year and i was there :) the drummers my cousin
Angels stadium in Anaheim cal. Looks like the harvest crusade with Greg Laurie
The NBL Los Angeles Angels stadium in socal, for one of greg lauries harvest crusades.....
Angels Stadium is the location I think. Its the annual Harvest Crusades.
Phil Wickham actually has a lesson teaching this song. I'd check that out first. Good luck.
love the vid and quality thank you =)

are you playing it acoustically or electric

What keyboard was that guy using?
so? God is being glorified. That's all that matters in the end!
I would say live (actually on person) is about 10 times better than the album version! A CD doesn't really capture Phil and his enthusiasm for worship!
Where was this?

+Robert Lamb So, what does you're video look like? Not showing the stadium being relatively packed for it?
+Robert Lamb (also, when I hear great musicians, I like to see them using their god given talents.....and the reaction from those who are hearing it.....not some powerpoint slide show about Jesus)
he would of put it in a key that people can sing along with.
@funnyjet1 Well it may not be funny but this isn't the video you wanna be looking for thumps up on.
@TheAvengerOfSevens and maybe my comment wasn't supposed to be funny
That back up singer on the keyboard was off..
G D Am Em C
anaheim duh
@rmweav11 you are write...the song is good but....
6 people dont like god
I'm just going to throw this out there... who ever the sound guys are, they did a pretty terrible job on the mix. I hear backup vocalists over Phil, synth/keys over him as well. Terrible mix. Oh well.. I haven't played Angels stadium. lol
I hate to be a downer, but the back-up singer is failing...hard.
That's terrible. He can't even sing it in the key he recorded it in.
