I'm finally gonna get there for my first trip ever after two cancellations last year , i'll be there in july .. this is a walk i will definitely be doing , as well as the usual kinda stuff i wanna find places for a little landscape photography too ... thank's for this Lucy :)
Hi Lucy just to say thanks for all your videos love them all once set off walking to the cross never made it next morning got a taxi and walked back amazing views
On the way up to the cross you pass a small cafe/bar with a cycle against the wall all run by a lovely English couple I've popped in there myself for a bite to eat and a refreshing drink on my way back down from the cross I totally recommend this bar

Hiya, yes i was one of those that took the wrong turning half way up (at the small roundabout) but then hired a moped and made it to the top, fabulous views well worth a look and don`t forget your camera!.
I feel it would be a healthy daily regimen making that hump but wonder what the distance from level to cross is. Surely it would be a knee wrecker walking down every day though. Nice videos Lucy.
@@knockknock1246 As safe as it can be, but you will be walking on a road some of the time, so take care. The last bit up to the actual cross is fairly uneven and not good for people with disabilities.
My ex went to Benidorm for year's with her sister's. Now I know why ? A nudist beach , awesome I'm definitely going in 2022..ha ha.. once I get my new wig , false teeth and confidence booklet..

Walked up and down in November when it wasn't too hot ,was definitely ready for some refreshments at Meritas on the way back

a lot off people make that mistake at the roundabout, it seems like the correct turning thats why we thought we would mention it

We got a taxi up. Slightly hair rasing. Beautiful views at the top. Walked back about halfhour. A pint awaits 🤗🍺🍺

a lot of people get a taxi up there, they will drop you off nearly at the top as far as the road ends then its just a short walk up the steps
