I own the Chanel wallet on chain in caviar leather and to me it looked more luxurious then the lamb skin (I guess it depends on each persons taste) . I was going to get a speedy b 30 but LV increased the price again and I was like ok I dont have to get a bag from LV. I will get from another brand. Now Chanel is going to increase the price too...so.....
LV and Chanel have 2 price increases every year no matter what. I recommend getting a speedy on Fashionphile to save some money :) I love my speedy b and I have 4 haha
I don't have an issue with the price increase during this pandemic because luxury is not essential. Maybe I'm missing something but I do not understand why people keep saying it. Food, water, a well stocked medial kit, that's essential. Luxury houses are business' and they're in business to yield profit. They do not make you buy anything, it's an absolute choice. A lot of people say they won't buy but that's just this weeks talking point. Most people will buy from both again for many reasons. Their price increases actually help with the price I can command should I choose to resell anything I own. Both Chanel and LV were yielding profit before the rise of the Internet and RUclips and I think they still will.
