When I first heard this song I was laying on my bed resting and about to go into a deep sleep. This song came on and when Ms. Nesby started singing my eyes opened, and I had SIT UP on the edge of the bed and get closer to the radio. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! Her vocals are amazing! This is one of the most soul stirring and heartfelt R&B songs ever recorded. This live version is stupendous! Still one of my favorite songs today. Ann Nesby is very underrated.

Its amazing how you can tell the difference between real singers n show singers. Real singers just straight sing. Just them in the mic n they groove to live music. Show singers lip sync kuz they gta choreography to present. N everything is robotic n repetitive no new or flowy notes.
