Take as much as China you can as puppet and steal their manpower and resources.
Go to war with with the Soviet or Germany (depending who is winning) and take their factory.
Kill the survivor, and then you have to use your stolen navy for killing the late game allies, that is the hardest part.

For manpower just split transport planes for infinite manpower and it is probably better to go fascist and try to start paradrop if the Netherlands and such and scale from there

The hardest country to play as I think even Impossible is algeria. If you play as France and do the focus that cores north algeria than release algeria it will release algeria in the desert which means you can't even make troops and you have no ports. Edit: only way I see you can beat if is if you join a war and lend lease to someone you get some war participation from that and build troops on the occupied territory

Personally the worst nation to play as would be old Ethiopia, starting with 2 civilian factories one going to consumer goods 2 military factories a generic tree, plus they start at war with italy who is much stronger and poses an imitate threat whereas Equatorial Guinea wouldn't have any threats to deal with, so with 1 civ 2 mils and no air force you have to beat italy immediately at the start and all of the things against you are, uncontested enemy air power and an inability to create and adaquate air force due to civilian factory or lack thereof preventing you from trading the materials to make good planes in good quantities

I get what your saying. But released Hawaii or any other pacific nations might just be the worst. Now hear me out. Sure with Hawaii you at least have some naval dockyards. But even with all the focus tree done, you will never be able to ever compete in the naval world since you have two giants fighting each other. No matter what you do I don't think you can make enough ships to actually try fighting or taking land.
I think the nearest non major super powers land is Dutch East Indies. Even if you manage to somehow make a big enough force to invade. Good luck taking out the Netherlands. Assuming you don't get eaten by the US or Japan, hell, maybe even Britain might want a bite.

There’s also Kurdistan. You can’t release it as Iran, Iraq or Turkey, leaving you with France. This has 0 building slots, landlocked and has no infrastructure

@@commoninternetguy3955 Tannu Tuva starts as communist, also a part of Comintern. By being communist you have infinite amount of manpower, because of the Spirit of the Academy. You are also more industrial than Liberia. Lastly you can create both the Siberian Nation and the Turkistan. You can use exploits to fight Chinese warlords with the help of your Comintern allies. Or if Soviets go into civil war you can eventually even conquer the whole Soviet Union, there is a ton of videos showing how and there is even a achievement called "Siberian Tiger" which wants Tannu Tuva to hold Siberia so you know its possible.
