    One of the main problems is when you are on top and you have money if you are not careful and you are balling like there is no tomorrow, and will end up biting you in the ass. You get hanger oners, who hang with you for your money, you got family and friends with their hands out picking your pockets and counting your money as if it was theirs, you have shady industry people who screw you out of money and you do bad investments, let alone some that do drugs and have children with random women.
    This happens to athletes as well. But these people need to have a level head and get themselves a good money manager to help them through the ropes or take a course on money management so they can keep an eye on their money. Money doesn't last long if everybody is watching it except you.

    Ppl forget about taxes u have to pay constantly. Property tax on multimillion dollar Property eats up ur savings. Ur Property should not exceed ur yearly salary. Cause if u work in industry like entertainment. Ur salary is never the same. Especially if u don't have a business or investment structure making money. Even when ur not working. Ur destined to go in debt.

      DON’T live in a mega MANSION if your career status could be compromised by yearly contracts ! In careers like that it would be wise to save and by a reasonable house CASH ~ and be something you can afford the taxes even when your status is not on the UP SWING

    Is this recent homelessness? Cause it's not fully clear from this video... Oh wait, now I see the description. In the times we're living in I'm not surprised if the vast majority of people end up homeless for a moment at some point, even if they have family cause these days not even family has your back. Seems like Flex didn't manage his money right, taught it was always gonna be coming in, you gotta invest when you get that big Hollywood money.

    Thing is a lot of times when you get that first big check, especially when you are young, you think that you'll get another to replace that one so you spend it. Then you get your next pay check, boom, same mentality. And the cycle continues. I look back at my first job with Comcast. My first two week check wasn't but $500/600 but back then when the cost of living was much lower, I had real money on me for once and didn't have to beg anyone to loan me this or loan me that. PS2 cost $600? I bought it. Games $50 each? Let me get all of the launch titles, wasn't nothing. You buy things way beyond your means but hey, you'll get that next check and you'll be alright... UNTIL YOU DON'T. And then you have to pay that car note, and that mortgage, and that utility bill, and that insurance, you know what I mean. That steady income you thought you had easily covered it all but once it's gone, if you didn't save/invest, that debit is gone come at you fast when you don't have income to replenish your account.

    • @desecration171
      @desecration171 2 года назад +1

      2 reasons 1) because the smacking and gulping sounds they make or the mic picks up 2) because it's a sign of a poor communicator. When you're talking with someone you make eye to eye contact and speak with your words uninterrupted. If they break eye contact or cover their face it shows they have something to hide or are intimidated. If they look around or stare at a watch it shows your time is unimportant to them. Look at any animal on Earth and you should notice that eating is a rather impersonal moment. Other creatures don't usually disturb each other while eating. It's rude of you in a primal and social sense to interrupt someone while they are dining. Hence feels "inappropriate" for someone to talk to you while they are eating or chewing. It also goes back to the previous point about giving undivided attention between two people.

    • @tamikemitchell4788
      @tamikemitchell4788 2 года назад +1

      @@desecration171 the point you made about the mics. Yes I always watch RUclips on my headphones, so eating and drinking during an interview bothers me because of the microphone picking up those high pitch sounds. So great input on the matter.
