Just tossed em on the MPC One+ and installed em on pc for the MPC software. They sound really good, look forward to making some beats with them in the future, thank you!

This is exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for. One question though. Do you know if it's possible to plug V-Drums into Force (5 pin midi) and set it up to play this kit? I'm all over this if it is.

Yes, I've hooked up a V-drum kit to the MPC before using a standard MIDI cable, would be the same with the Force. You'll have to change the kit's MIDI notes to match the specific midi mapping on the Vdrum kit, not sure if 'Edit Note Map' is included in the Force but this can be done with MPC Beats and the XPM file re-saved with the new MIDI mapping (or you can edit the XPM files in a text editor by changing the tag). I wrote an article about using 'Edit Note Map', I might update it to show how you can do the edits via a text editor. www.mpc-tutor.com/re-mapping-midi-notes-on-mpc-drum-kits/

@@mpctutor Fantastic. I'll get it set up with something simple first but I love the sound of the multi sampled drums. I came to MPC and Force more from the angle of an acoustic musician a bit over computers, than from a Rap or Hip Hop direction. I'm hoping here that the set-up will be the same for both the MPC and the Force. Going to be easier setting it up sitting at the V-Drums with my Live2 than running back and forth to the Force.
