Having that fan going while spraying gel & resin can spark inside unit then whoooof. No building...using no masks while laying up is just as bad as none at all..nice job tho wished my workers worked that fast. Te poi fibreglass Ltd.
Any idea the approximate life span of the guys doing the layup? How long before they are disabled and must be replaced? How to you insure that OSHA doesn't visit there?
+Rob Nonya , If you use Mirror Glaze #8 Mold release wax it is not required to wax each time. Your initial waxing of a mold is 5-6 waxes with breathing time between each wax job.
U guys are wasting a lot of material....u need to get higher than the mold... look at the wasted fiber on the walls and ground, enough for another boat.
