- Thinking of starting your career as a UI/UX designer in 2024? Think again! In this video, I break down the harsh realities freshers face in the competitive world of UI/UX design. From the oversaturated job market to the ever-increasing skill demands, I'll explain why getting that first job might be tougher than you think. But don't lose hope-I'll also share some crucial tips and strategies to help you stand out and improve your chances. Watch now and prepare yourself for the challenges ahead!
If the UI/UX designer knows front-end development tools like HTML and CSS, it will be like a tea master in a hotel who can also make parota, noodles, and fresh juice because they cannot focus on just one specialty.
Accepted! At top MNC's, designers usually get design roles. However, at startups, designers often need to code as well due to job constraints and versatility requirements. Even I've worked in the development too! BTW I have mentioned like that is My point of view. Hope you'll understand. Thanks and cheers!
Thank god! Someone spitting the truth for good.
I personally think once you help any organization to build the v1 of their product or service and a design system that aids that you pretty much become redundant as a highly paid UX designer. Even though you helped them build something from scratch the organization may hire a less experienced or even an entry-level UX designer for less money to keep things running with the support of the design system.
We designers are better off by having a stack of skills like Graphic design, Video editing, UX design and copywriting together instead of offering just one service to the organization. In this way, we can gain some unique experience, improve our payscale significantly, and decrease the chances of getting laid off as you will be an important and hard-to-replace part of the company no matter what.
Now I am a Graphic Designer and I am not a UX designer yet, but I constantly follow the job market and also have some basic knowledge about UX design. I am talking from the finite experience that I have gained in the past few years. Also, I am speaking based on the opinions and insights of some industry veterans and highly experienced UX designers worldwide. So I am just trying to share my opinion and POV here.
Just Awesome brother!!!! Hope this will helpful for others tooo....
I just finished my B.E. and am planning to learn UI/UX design at a small institution. A friend who completed a graphic design course there mentioned that the teaching is good, but the placement rate is 50/50, meaning you might get a job or internship, or you might not. I am confident in my ability to learn UI/UX design at a high level, but my concern is placement. The institution's fee is 30k for 3 months, which is relatively low in the market. What should I do: choose this institution, complete the course, and find a job using my skills, or choose a better institution with better placements, or switch to another field? I am not only going into this field for money; I am interested in the field, and getting a job is also important. I am just in a stage of confusion about what to choose. Please help me with this....

Sorry bro! No idea on that If anything available sure will let you know.
😢😢😢😢😢😢Plz uiux designer padikathinga no opening. 6 month searching for job Still now searching no opportunity for freshers and 1 years experience people
Sad Truth!
The main problem is that the courses that advertise earn 40lpa without coding, Ux design is more than coding, Don't get fooled by those fake ads. Don't choose design just to avoid coding, everything needs learning and hard work to earn just because the tools are easy to learn doesn't make you an expert in ux.Don't pay 40k to a stupid course that gonna teach you figma learn tools in youtube, learn strategies in blogs and articles and books. Stop becoming a designer just because its easy no idea how many people are struggling to get into a job. And companies are using this high demand by paying lesser than usual .
I am self learning UIUX looking for a job, thank you for this video, got some ideas from this regarding UIUX.

If you're passionate on design and wishing to study for it, please go for National institute of design or other national level recognised design courses.
It will be a tough road. But you will reach great heights with good exposure and knowledge
Great suggestion!
