I am blind, so I use a screen reader program on my phone in order to navigate the Internet and RUclips. I could have SWORN that my screen, reader said money, and I was really excited to hear about the economic systems of the world of darkness. Still, I really wanted to know about this game line and I must’ve enjoyed it because I watch the whole episode. Thanks guys.

It's interesting how you deduce you enjoyed it rather than just knowing it. Sometimes I do that too.

In (more than) one of Umberto Eco's book on the 'hermetic thinking' there's a fantastic story, more or less like that:
"Back in the time immemorial a master ordered his servant to deliver a basket of peaches and a letter to a friend, in a distant land. In the letter he wrote among other news "please, be delighted with 3 dozens of the perfect peaches of my realm". On arrival, the servant was scolded because there were only 30 peaches in the basket. Marveled and terrified, the servant asked who had told he ate the peaches and his master's friend said "the letter did".
Months latter, the servant was tasked again with a similar mission and again had the temptation to taste a couple of fruits. But this time he took the precaution of putting the letter under a heavy stone before eating the peaches. Same deal and he got a far harsher punishment this time. He tried to deny at first and say that the letter was lying, but ended up confessing and say 'what a powerful spirit is this one, that can even see through rock!'. The whole concept of taking a thought from one mind to another miles appart, and days later was completely alien to the servant."
It amazes me that there was a time in which one needed, I don’t know, time 2, correspondence 2, mind 3, prime 2 to write a letter, while emprisioning a spirit to serve as your messenger would be coincidental.

Quantum mechanical models are starting to catch up with the idea of Concensus.

Before anything else: huge fan of the chanel here! Never played mage but love the lore and the cosmology.
@24 it makes sense to link hermetic magic to Egypt since in real world mythology Hermes Trismegistus is a combination of Hermes and Thoth, the inventor of writing and other arts and sciences.

Love this channel and I'm wondering if you take requests for Tomes of Magick. If so, might I suggest "The Hunters Hunted" from 1992? It's a book for Vampire: The Masquerade 1e that predates Mage by quite a bit but it's noteworthy for being the first appearance of Hedge Magic and rules for sorcerer PC's, more info on the Arcanum, and there's even an NPC named Arctos who's a mage and one of only two confirmed mage NPC's to appear in the pre-Ascension material from WoD.

We may cover Hunters Hunted II simply because it has more stuff in it but Hunters Hunted is on our radar.

Fiction is our iterations: Reality, unrealized; ie. Formulas for Patterns to Express themselves.
