The Violent Gore And Blood mod is just a blood mod. The reason it didn't disable when you disabled the addon is because when you download it, it replaces the textures, you have to uninstall the mod verify the integrity of the game files to disable it. It's just a blood mod.
but gibsplat more realistic, because if you pull hard on the limb of the corpse, it will come off(and you can cut limbs of already dead ragdolls), but ey gibslat more laggy
he clearly doesn't actually play half life or gmod when he first of all doesn't notice a difference on the second last one and second of all tries too disable it inside the game

This is why it's a good idea to make sure to read the description of mods you download. The third one had extra files you had to manually download.

If you run out of ammo you can type givecurrentammo in the console to get Max ammo
To stop NPCs from following you enter the Spawn list go to NPCs and hover over it then go to disable thinking or join players squad
