After testing the new items, I concluded that they are better as 4-5th item slot, than 1-3. Even on Olaf or Riven. The other items, the core items on them and other bruisers, provide more value for the same gold. Sterak better than Eclipse, Death's Dance or Divine Sunderer better than Sundered Sky. Later on, as 4-5th item, with more base damage, they provide more value.
well I mean even then, wouldnt you want to go your twinguard or FoN/Visage… These items are kinda useless in my opinion. Sundered sky is alright but Eclipse needs a buff or passive rework. The only reason I could think of to go eclipse for would be a 3rd or 4th item on pyke for damage reduction when picking an out-positioned enemy bc he would by then have a large base AD and youd love the ability haste. Eclipse is to win trades, by the time u get this item your laner would want to leave lane and go to team fights, its useless.

@Deathorwr hell no since the last 3 seasons as a top main I deal more damage and take more them the adc and tank and jg. As a top main former jg main, ad or jg should take trex since they can't survive for sht and that way they can push while bruisers carry.

I agree except for diana for example getting the new magic item on her is absolutely busted. People will see and start to abuse it.
