@@ArnaudFromFrance I'm from Nigeria. I'm however coming to the UK this September for my masters degree. So that's why I love watching your videos.. it's giving me a lot of information on what to expect when I come to the UK.
Totally depends on your community. There are 1000 different ethnic groups in India, some extremely conservative and will force you into marriage, others are pretty chill. Like in my family, I don't know a single person who had an arranged marriage. They all fell in love and got married. Only thing I'll say is Indians generally are family-oriented, so you will need to convince your parents before marrying your partner
if ur getting old n dont find a fiance-parents/family will want to see u get married. It really depends on the son/daughter, how much of 'interference' they're willing to take. Most parents won't reject children's choice but they will definitely teach their 'culture' n lifestyle to the 'new member' as most children stay with parents even after marriage.
This is less UK vs India dating and more Indian/Pakistani young men vs Indian/Pakistani young women’s rights on intercultural dating. I think it would worked better if you had only interviewed the Indians who had had an experience in dating outside of their own culture and then had asked UK-born people, who had dated a young Indian man or young Indian woman - the same questions to get different perspectives to find out and understand the differences between UK vs India dating.
I'm African but I fully understand why most of these Indian men approach dating the way they do. It's just their culture.
yes definitively it's their cultural, it was super interesting indeed. Where are you from btw?
