System manager= registry url , docker username (less sensitive information)
Secret manager= DB pass , Docker password (very sensitive information)

Why secret mngt
Y can't we store in S3 buckets - encrypted storage buckets
Even Amazon too can't access them
Sorry if I'm wrong
S3 buckets are desgined for storage purpose. If you want to use S3 .. you have to do additional things
1. Store as a file
2. User who wants to access should perform file operations
3. Bucket policies and instances profiles should be configured
