Steam, steam and more dang steam. IDK what I had last spring, but it was something new to me. If I had not known to go between my hot shower and my big pan of water on the stove I would've ended up in the hospital. I could not breathe. I could not lay down. Straight lemon juice and a bit of honey, gargle and swallow. Take vitamin D3, and vitamin C, and zinc lozenges. I've had the flu sooo many times. These guaranteed help.
Steam, steam and more dang steam. IDK what I had last spring, but it was something new to me. If I had not known to go between my hot shower and my big pan of water on the stove I would've ended up in the hospital. I could not breathe. I could not lay down. I could but sleep unless I inhaled that salty steam for at least a half an hour. Oh yes I forgot to say add that salt. Lol. I won't describe flushing ny sinuses with salt water. Lol
@@michelewalburn4376 a couple drops of mint oil in there really helps too. Keep eyes shut tight under the towel during steaming!
