  • Have you ever tried #Chaitea flavour in your coffee? What if you could make this in your stovetop #espresso maker? I have tried this at home and the result is in the video
If you have one of this Italian Coffe maker known as #BialettiMoka expresses then you can make all sorts of coffee, including this spiced coffee. So how do we make it?
    Ingredients:
    Ground Coffee
    Water:
Milk: 0:42 depends on your taste (customisable)
    Star anise: 1:01
    Cardamom:1:00
    Ginger: Personal preference
    Cinamon powder 2:54
    Sugar/Honey (optional)
So how do we make it?
Simply get your Moka pot ready and the spices. Then let the milk boil on the side which we will need at the end.
Meanwhile, we will crush the cardamom and ginger, I am not using ginger for my recipe, but it does give a strong flavour if you use it. Then I am putting all the spices in the middle chamber where you would only put ground coffee.
Then the bottom chamber, with hot water. When you fillup water, make sure to only fillup until the line, it is marked in your pot.
Then simply place the preparation chamber in the water chamber.
Now its time to fillup with ground coffee.
I am suing Starbucks espresso bland, but you can use any coffee ground for espresso.
Simply fill it up on top of the spices. And give it a good press.
Before you close it with the top give it a clean and close it properly.
Then place it on the stove, and that's it, wait for the magic.
As soon as the water evaporated and gone up to the top chamber, make sure to take out from the heat and pour it into the cups. I am already going crazy with the nice aroma.
Now its time to pour the milk in the coffee. As you can see, how easy it was to make it with this stovetop espresso maker. Now I will add a bit of cinnamon and done.
So, are you going to try it? Let me know if you do, and please give it a like and subscribe.

I'm from Mexico 🇲🇽 and my mom has adapted what we call here "café de olla" which is soluble coffee with cinnamon and piloncillo (unrefined cane sugar), and she adds up star anise, pepper and cloves, and its taste is marvelous! Watching your recipe, has been really familiar 🥰🥰

Cinnamon is a good addition to coffee. Just add the coffee grounds as usual and on top add some freshly ground cinnamon. You only need a little bit.

cardamon goes really well in coffee, if people are not sure what to add, start with just cardamon.

I tried it right now, just with some cinnamon. I think I added more than required and it tasted bitter (probably due to the cinnamon). It’s a good idea but we need to fine tune the amount of spices we put in :)

Yes, Very small amount is enough for a cup of coffee ☕️

Really cool idea...but any coffee is doomed if you start with Starbucks BUNRT coffee beans. Please make a video compairing the control to spiced coffee.
