Awesome and thanks for sharing. How can I get the trust document template and steps to get the ein number and how to make purchases or put assets into the TRUST?
@@alexandernolasco256 Im interested in to getting that too. However I have been guided to Liberty Aid Academy website to find out that they wants to sell a full course with nothing, absolutely nothing that can guarantee the trust template actually exists . If they could just show me that is a real deal and not just another scam then I would purchase in a heart beat. But even the person who answers the comments on their RUclips page seems not to speak English well enough which is a bit suspicious.
@@alexandernolasco256 I would like that too. However when I went to liberty academy RUclips page, they want to buy a full course at a cost of over 2.4k with no guarantees nothing, only promises. Even the person who replies to messages there cant write in proper English. It feels that they use a google translate tool to be able to answer the messages from a foreign language to English. It seems a bit suspicious. Be careful.
🙂↕️🙂 A FEW URGENT QUESTIONS: As an estate executor & managing trustee of my late mom's revocable living trust: 1. If I add my own ammendment to the trust restating said trust is now a common law eccl'l express trust, is it automatically legal/official? 2. If so, what, if anything, should I do with the EIN # my former financial manager gave that trust's managing trustee (me)? 3. Is there an easy way to get back the ridiculous amount of taxes said former advisor demanded from said trust? 4. What, if anything, can an educative/helpful new financial advisor do to benefit the trust? I can not thank you in advance enough for answering the questions honestly per your usual approach, Sara
If this trust is revocable it was already done incorrectly and can't be fixed. You have to divest it of all assets and place those inside a new trust constructed properly. Future taxation is avoided but you can't get back what was lost
@bulletproofretirement I truly can not thank you enough. So, heads up, my younger brother, I just noticed RUclips was forced to take down a lawyer's common law youtube channel (she had a video called "American Common Law" which was ended.
@@bulletproofretirement You say place all assets inside a new trust, but can I legally divest the trust of all assets on my own, and if so, how do I make that legal?💕
What about them? I don't believe PMAs are even legit. When you research the common law, trusts have the superior protection to any other kind of entity structure
@ I guess I should’ve posted as a question. Are they the same thing or are they different? Obviously they must be totally different. Thank you for your response. I appreciate it. I will be joining your website soon. Just scrambling around today. Have a wonderful day.

Way more complex, risky, and too many hoops to jump through to do that... The documents we use are domestic and can be notarized with a single individual. Doesn't get any easier than that.
The title of the video has the IRS code that anyone can publicly look up. To me it looks like you can't read or write English so I would recommend working on that before trying anything too taxing...
508c1a is not a "designation", it is a part of the tax code. Ecclesiastical conventions can fall under that part of the tax code according to way it's written. I'm calling BS on you calling BS buddy, go back into the ether and educate yourself...

@@mymechanicfriend6017 For starters, the US Constitution says nothing about these trusts. Second, he totally and completely misunderstands business entities. The whole "slave to the gov't" claptrap is just a dog whistle to people who don't want to pay taxes. The tax avoidance schemes that are out there, like the whole soverign citizen thing, are total bunk. Trusts are complicated; the tax code is complicated. Anyone who tells you differently is selling you snake oil. You can't just download a vanilla "template" and all of a sudden your problems are solved. It isn't that easy. how much does the course cost???
It's just under $2,500 at Liberty Aid Academy. Links can be found in muy community in the bio
May I ask where I can get the template to start this process?
Community in bio has relevant links to the trust docs we use as well as relevant background info

Foreign Trust is best

How do you operate without christ under Christos or the higher mind that Christ was trying to get people to?
cite the actual irs code or cases where the irs unsuccessfully challenged this. Without this, it just looks like you're selling your course.

Dickweed, I know it's IRS code. 508c1A is not a trust. It does designate which type of entity you are setting up. You are scamming people.
