It's a mystery how such a wonderful teaching as Yoga has not been practiced in a large scale until now. But for this your needs time that people have never take.Why? The struggle of survival. Im sorry to say this but suffering and fear are what make people ask:'Why"When you alone say :"I don't want my soul to suffer anymore,only then do you find a way to change something, to find yourself. I followed Iyengar’s teaching for many years. Your teaching brings my mind to body awareness to another level. I wish I had the time to study in Pune, to read all the sutras, but I have three small teachers that have sent me on a different path. It is nice to hear these summaries when I’m doing tasks that would prevent me from learning otherwise. Namaste.

All the things you spoke of in video were things you have taught us got the past few yrs but in more condensed form. Everything you hit on was more than familiar and I loved that. Idk why, but there was something about this one...seemed concise, exciting actually cause I have experienced the "sweetness" of all you've brought forth in this discussion. I'm right there and I still say, I would never have thought I'd be where I am right now, "in a true Spirit" and feeling so much "in love with life, everything"..it WAS the right time for me.
