There are 2 other tracks that Toby was also involved with: Area 0 battle theme and Terra raid battle theme. All the themes related to Area 0/Terra crystal stuff are my favorites in the game.
Scarlet & violet get a lot of hate for being graphically underwhelming and having many glitches But the story and music really made these my favourite pokemon games
Toby Fox first theme in Pokemon was the Battle Tower theme at Sword/Shield and can really feel his music style there. Didn't play Scarlet/Violet since it feels underwhelming in my opinion, but Pokemon music never misses. Their soundtracks are part of my daily playlists since I've been playing all main games from D/P until Sw/Sh. Another cool theme not from Toby Fox that gave ptsd and jumpscare to everyone is the "Volo Battle Theme" from Legends Arceus.
You indeed reacted to some of the bests OST of Scarlet/violet. You can listen to Penny battle music next, from the same generation, and you'll have listened to what I consider to be the top 3 of 9th Gen. ^^
3:55 sadly not really but. its still a great gam,e in my opnion if you can look past all that/ and maby the switch 2 weill give it what it needs and make it better
