Some correction on the harbingers. Scaramouche is the 6th, Childe is the 11th. the guy on the far right is Dottore. La Signora is the 8th and dead which leaves the rest.
But you can count it just by simply saying that Scaramouche is not present and La Singora is dead, so there are 9 harbingers at that one scene which makes 11 harbingers
Just a little overview for the Harbingers around Signoras coffin from left to right:
Capitano(Rank 2) The guy that looks like a Nazghul from LotR
Sandrone(Rank 7) The girl with the ruinguard
Pulcinella(Rank 5) The monopoly man
Columbina(Rank 3) The singing girl with birdfeathers in her hair
Pierro(Rank 1) standing in the middle giving his speach
Childe(Rank 11) Your local fighting enthusiast
Arlecchino(Rank 10) hot white haired orphanage owner
Pantalone(Rank 9) the richest man in Teyvat
Dottore(Rank 4) crazy scientist
I could have messed up the ranking order, but that is what i found in most places.
Besides 1, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 11, none are known. 1 is the jester, 3 is columbina (Childe leaked voiceline), 5 is pulcinella, 6 is Scaramouche, 8 is La signora and 11 is Tartaglia. Besides that NO OTHER NUMBERS are known.
@@Mahirodesune Pantalone was also confirmed to be 9 in some ingame dialog. I dont remember where but i think it was from Yelan.
That leaves only Capitano, Sandrone, Arlecchino and Dottore for 2, 4, 7 and 10.
But as i said, i could be wrong.

There are 9 harbingers present in the video. The other 2 harbingers are Scaramouche (who has decided to leave the fatui behind and go rogue) and then Signora (they are all attending her funeral in this video, she is being represented by the coffin throughout the video)
Not just the fatui, it’s the *TSARITSA’s ELEVEN HARBINGERS* (minus scaramouche and signora)

My thought after watching this is in the Snezhnaya arc the Traveler will join(temporary) the Harbinger as a replacement of Signora, it could be Childe suggestion or the Tsaritsa herself so the Traveler may know the true intention of the Fatui. Why? Because it Will be utterly foolish and very bad writing of the lore itself if the enemy of the state can roam freely collecting flowers in the capital of Snezhnaya.
Agree, but i think it will be Pulcinella who will make the offer. Mainly because he is the person of the Snezhnaya story showcase.

You should definitely read the manga (it's on the official genshin site). It has important backstory and lore, including about Sumeru and characters such as Collei (the dendro girl at the end), Dottore, Cyno, and others.
You are right about the Sandrone, she's the engineer of that hunk of machine. If you see the construct, it is the same with Ruin Hunter eyes with having a Ruin Grader body. She probably have mastered Khaenriah's engineering. Look at Pierro's eyes closely. He is the first Fatui and still number 1, also the one who saved Rosalyne / Signora in the past.
I just only now notice Venti's and Zhongli's gnosis on the chess board, I'm blind 😂
