isn't goto(i4,L) => I2 since I2 already have R->L.

i2 has two productions S-->L.=R & R-->L. but goto(i4,L) gives only R--> L. so we need to consider as a separate state only

In state I6 we will get the production L--> *. R if u r completely deriving then u will get the pdn equivalent to I4 state.
