What if you accidently change another part that is not part of the proposed changes and it ends up on the realized changes section. When another user in the group is working on that part that person can't save it because it says that person doesn't have the privilege. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Great question! With any data management tool it is impossible to give users enough permissions to do their work but not enough to make a mistake, so in that scenario you have a few options. A review step is often employed to check the work before it is finalized and released, or you can revert the change back to an earlier version (discarding the incorrect change) or you can create another revision and accept the release. It depends a lot on how the part impacts others around it, so the decision is often made for each scenario individually.
