Listening to this song made me feel avenged sevenfold were ahead of their time. Infusing aggressive yet melodic vocal with prog-ish vibe is on trend right now.
Everyone always mentions the instruments and Matt's lead vocals but since high school, I've always been obsessed with those "oohs" background vocals in the chorus. The more these guys started doing harmonies early onthe better they got at writing backup vocals. This truly is a lost underrated gem from them. Wish they'd play it live.

Listening to this song made me feel avenged sevenfold were ahead of their time. Infusing aggressive yet melodic vocal with prog-ish vibe is on trend right now.
Most calm and soothing solo ever man
Everyone always mentions the instruments and Matt's lead vocals but since high school, I've always been obsessed with those "oohs" background vocals in the chorus. The more these guys started doing harmonies early onthe better they got at writing backup vocals. This truly is a lost underrated gem from them. Wish they'd play it live.
Though it was only brief, something about "the calm after the storm" turns at 02:07 that made me in peace with the craziness in my life right now.
Most underrated album
LPGDICP mainly because mist A7x fans didn’t know about it unless they were really into their stuff. I’m glad I’ll finally be able to stream this album on other platforms and add it to my playlists though.
Just wish the Rev was still around to produce such an album
LPGDICP same here, but we just have to enjoy what he left us here before passing. Such a shame that the legend left us too soon.

@@TMeek94 He was one of the creative minds. Everyone else is contributing in the band. It's not like Ghost where one guy controls the whole operation. I miss him too, but you've gotta accept that he's gone. Avenged Sevenfold will always carry his influence with them.
