I love that this has enough choreography that you have to watch a couple times to really get the moves! Some exercise channels repeat basic steps too much (making it too easy) and this actually exercises your memory skills too! Physical and mental exercise 🙏🏻♥️
I love that you do workouts to current songs just how they sound and not changed to a fitness beat. It keeps me coming back. The tutorials are very helpful, which make the dances more fun. If I can learn the moves, it keeps me coming back too. I love your personality too! Thank you for what you do.
Fitness Marshall and the gang are becoming my favorite part of quarantine - I am not able to do all the moves due to some physical challenges so I have to do the modified low impact version - But each day it’s getting a bit easier and I really appreciate all of you 😘

You're a really great dance teacher, I love how you break every step down piece by piece. Not to mention you have a dancer in the back doing a level 1 routine and a level 2 routine or higher routine it make it easier to follow the choreo. You just wanna get up and just move around, and don't feel pressured to keep others speed but you're own. I have health issues so it's hard to move around sometimes, so if no one has said it lately thank you for doing what you do and you're/use guys are out here killing it.🤗👍
I have to say that your videos are the most unique dance fitness videos on RUclips. I've been trying out dances from other dance fitness channels, but they're all waaay less fun to follow. I am not a dancer and every one of these is a real challenge for me to just do a fraction of the moves but they are fun. One of my dear friends is recovering from double hip replace,not and spinal fusion surgery and revisions due to complications .and she loves these as chair exercises. She cannot stand for more than a minute but finds these dances are better than her usual chair based work outs.she just does the upper body movements, adds in kicking out her feet the best she can and has fun with it. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!
